AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Review Harvest LLC (“Review Harvest,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in the State of Minnesota, United States, with a business address at 1112 18th St. S., Sartell, MN 56377.

By using our software, website (https://reviewharvest.ai), or any of our related products or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Review Harvest provides businesses with tools to grow and manage their online reputation through review requests, automated responses, content repurposing, CRM/social integrations, and AI-based features. Our Services are provided as-is and are continually evolving.

2. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Only upload contact information and content you have the legal right to use.Get proper consent before sending text messages or emails to your customers.Follow all applicable privacy, spam, marketing, and SMS compliance laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA, CASL).Keep your account info accurate and secure.Maintain current access to any integrations or platforms connected to your Review Harvest account.

3. PAYMENTS AND GUARANTEES

We accept payment via Stripe and US Bank.

Monthly plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Annual plans include a 12-month money-back guarantee.

Pricing is subject to change.

4. DATA AND CONTENT

You retain ownership of customer data and branding you upload. We use this content solely to deliver the Services.

We will not sell your data or your customers' data.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to improve the product.

You agree to follow all data protection laws in your region.

5. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

Our Services may connect to third-party systems (e.g., Google, Facebook, your CRM).

We are not responsible for issues caused by third-party changes or downtime.

6. WHITE LABEL PARTNERS & AGENCIES

If you're an agency:

You may resell Review Harvest as part of your service offering.

You are not granted a white-label license.

Clients will know they are using Review Harvest.

We handle all customer service and fulfillment.

You may be granted login access to customer accounts if necessary.

7. AFFILIATE & REFERRAL PROGRAMS

We offer:

An affiliate program (percentage-based) tracked via Skool.com or ReviewHarvest.ai.

No formal application or approval process at this time.

A referral program for active users only.

Referrers earn a percentage of the referred customer’s subscription, tracked manually and/or automatically.

8. COMMUNICATION AND SMS COMPLIANCE

By using the Services, you grant us permission to send automated review request messages via SMS/email to your customers.

You are responsible for obtaining customer consent for these messages.

We comply with all relevant SMS and marketing regulations.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, trademarks, and content we provide are owned by Review Harvest or licensed to us.

You may not copy, resell, or exploit any part of our Services without our permission.

10. TERMINATION

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue through the end of your billing cycle.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, the law, or misuse the platform.

11. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITS ON LIABILITY

We do not guarantee specific results, reviews, or outcomes.

The Services are provided “as is.”

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, or $50 if no fees were paid.

12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve the issue through mediation before pursuing legal action.

13. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at https://reviewharvest.ai/terms-and-conditions.

Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
